I have been in the Real Estate Industry for over 30 successful years. My vast experience began at Remax where I spent a large amount of my Real Estate career as a Top Producer. I opened up my Real Estate company as an independent office in 2005. I am a Real Estate Broker/Owner, Consultant, and Investor. In 2006 I became a Franchisee with Exit Realty. In 2015 I decided to return as an Independent office which is now Realty By The Park. This was the best move I ever made… For the past 10 years, I have also been practicing Real Estate in Palm Beach County Florida. I have assisted in several relocations as well as helped Sellers, Buyers, and Renters. Some of my goals include servicing the needs of my Real Estate Agents, Clients, and Customers in both New York and Florida. I intend to lend my expertise and experience for any and all of your Real Estate needs.
Marta Perez
I have been a licensed real estate agent since 2015. Since then I have been consistently working hard in specializing in helping my clients rent out apartments and buy homes. I am also a licensed life insurance agent and show clients the importance of protecting their income and investments for the near future. In addition to that, I work very closely with mortgage bankers, and together we throw monthly seminars to help educate clients and future customers on how to prepare to buy a house. I am fluent in both English and Spanish and do my best to satisfy the need of all my clients.

Grazyna Rak
Grazyna (Grace) is a real estate agent at Realty by the Park. She loves helping people find the right fit at the right price. She has spent the majority of his/her career in the New York Real Estate industry, gaining special experience in Queens, her neighborhood. As a member of the Polish community, she holds additional expertise in helping Polish people discover housing in New York City.

Johnny Zapata has been an agent for 15 years. He has worked very hard to make sure all his clients and customers are happy with their Real Estate endeavors.
